DRIVEN INC.

We are Brent and Natalie Carter, years ago we fell in love, dated for 5 years, worked together and then decided to get married. After which we worked for a family member learning about the construction and factory built housing industry. We learned first hand how to work with clients through the home building process, how to spec out sites and how to complete each project to hand those clients their keys to their new home. We learned how to be passionate, focused and provide the best experience and home they were looking to complete. That experience built into us both the desire to be better, to do better and to lead with integrity, love and price out each part with respect, and share the best pricing for the best product.

This lead us to becoming who we are, as we realized we loved the construction, creation side more. And so, we lead out and created Driven Construction. In 2011 this company started with the intention to be better, more detailed and more driven than any other company out there in the industry. We were zoned in on bringing a better experience to every client we worked with, so that is what we did and do each day. This company grew and grew and grew and through the 2010’s we developed a reputation of high quality, focused attention, a wide range scope of work capability and figuring out things that others could not figure out. We were expected to do projects and items to a greater level than any others, so that is what we have always focused on doing.

We expanded from finish work, decks, drywall, floors, tilework to “flying” modular homes to foundations because our reputation of our finish work was known for what it is. Brent completed his construction management degree in the late 2010’s with the intention to have a piece of paper proving what he knew and had been trained to do. With that being said we expanded to “swinging” modular homes as another feather in our hats because we “swing” these units at a higher caliber than most modular set companies. We bring the finish side focused attention to our modular sets.

Driven Construction has grown to now becoming Driven Construction Inc (or DCI for short). Where we employ high master craftsmen and team members who are all about doing it with passion and a difference. DCI is a fun new adventure and we are expanding at pace that has been a part of our vision for many years. We have held that vision and dream at the forefront of our lives and it is happening right in front of our eyes and those around us that work with us and have been a part of this journey.

Our team is focused on growing as men and women, growing as craftsmen, growing as parents and loved ones; we are focused on building stronger people and for opening eyes of people to a greater life to a greater joy in being on jobsites, doing projects with joy, finding the good and developing a stronger community through DCI that changes others around us. We do business with great level of attention, with integrity and we aim to educate as much as possible to help others understand the construction industry and how to do projects from start through completion.
